Privacy Policy

This policy explains what D Zone Library (21-01, North Part, Sector 21, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020) collects when you register or become a member, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Name and mobile number on the public registration form
• Email, address, emergency contact, exam preparation, and seat preference on the full membership form
• Photograph and identity-proof document you upload for verification
• Attendance, seat, and payment records created after you join

How we use it

We use this information only to process membership, allocate seats, verify identity, contact you about your application, and run the library. We do not sell student data.

Who can see it

Library administrators can access registration and membership records in the private admin area. Identity documents and photos are stored for verification and are not published on the public website.

How long we keep it

We keep membership records for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounts, security, and legal requirements. You can ask us to update or correct your details while you are a member.
